Let me tell you the story about this receipt.. this was a receipt yesterday.. and yesterday was the day that made my year even better.. moving forward, i was actually texting someone during my shift (even though its not allowed, i just can’t help it). i’m freaking out every time her name appears on my screen (exage but true). hehe.. i don’t know what’s with her that i can’t resist. so, finally i was about to go home at 1pm, i texted her, “san ka sumasakay papuntang almar from visayas? (she’s going to almar kasi after lunch)” then, she replied, “sa city hall. fx or bus to sm fairview.” after recieving that reply, a BIG smile suddenly struck my face.. then, i think.. and think.. and think again if i will meet her or not (i’m actually not a shy type of person, it’s just that in some cases, or some persons they just bring out that personality out of me unexpectedly). so, i manned up, and replied to her, “dun din way ko, gusto mo sabay tayo?” when i hit the send button, questions started to rattle on my head. questions like, “what if she said no?” or “what if she didn’t reply back.” all of that vanished when she replied, “sure.” i want to scream when i read that, but i can’t, so i just smiled instead. hehe.. around 2:16pm she’s on her way to our meeting place. so i hurried up and took a cab to cityhall. when i’m already there and about to step my right foot out of the cab, my heart beat’s getting faster and faster. I was out of the cab when she texted that she’s already there. I was stuck from where i’m standing and thinking what’s gonna’ happen. I’m walking to where she’s at and I can see her coming nearer and nearer. When she’s in front of me, first thing i did was smiled at her. I don’t know what exactly i felt seeing her just an arm away from me. I don’t want to be obvious that i’m so amazed seeing her at the first time. So, i started the conversation, until we had a ride to sm fairview. From city hall until sm fairview, we’re talking about stuffs. and every time i see her smile, i can’t take my eyes away from her. We’re about to step out of the puv i asked her, “uwi ka na ba kagad?” then she said, “hindi pa naman, samahan n kitang maggrocery.” When she said that, I wanted to run everywhere just to show how happy i am.. hahaha! we went straight up to the hypermarket, to buy bread (gardenia, laking tinapay kasi). i already know where that is, but i pretended i don’t know, so we could have more time to look for it and of course, spend more time with her. hehe.. When we already have what we’re looking for, we went to the counter and had that receipt. I asked her, if she’s going home, she said yes. So, i offered to walk her to the other side of the street. she said no, but i insisted.. hehe.. so, we went out of the mall, crossed the street and then she took the jeepney. After i turned my back at her, I started to smile, and from that point, until i went home that smile never faded. seriously.. my sister raqhy even noticed it, and she said i was blushing.. haha! i wish i took picture of her so i could have a something to treasure that moment. good thing i didn’t throw this receipt. haha! I’ll just treasure this instead.
